Do you have rental cars while my vehicle is in the shop?
Yes! We do have a fleet of rental vehicles available for a reduced rate. Our current fleet includes mostly late model Toyota Corollas and Buick Encores.
We highly recommend that our customers consider getting a rental rider on
their auto insurance policy. Rental coverage is very affordable. Contact your insurance agent for more information.
Is there a charge for the estimate?
No. There is no charge for an estimate.
How long does an estimate take?
It all depends on the damage. In most cases we can assess the damage in 15-45 minutes while you wait in our office. Then we will email you the estimate within a day or two.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We can work with most insurance companies to get an agreed repair price. Some insurance companies will tell you that you must have it fixed at a certain shop. This is not true. You, as the vehicle owner may choose to have your vehicle fixed at the shop of your choice even if we are not on their program. Don’t let the insurance company “steer” you to a shop you are not comfortable with.
How long does it take to repair my vehicle?
There is no way to put a timeline on repairs. It all depends on the damage and availability of parts.
